DX53D/SGCD2/SGCD3 Galvanized Sheet is a premium deep-drawing dedicated hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, matching European (DX53D) and Japanese (SGCD2/SGCD3) cold-forming standards, made of high-purity low-carbon steel. Its dense zinc coating ensures reliable atmospheric corrosion resistance, with ultra-excellent deep drawing, cold stamping and bending performance—superior to DX52D for complex forming. It features a smooth surface, uniform zinc layer, precise dimensional accuracy, strong coating adhesion and good weldability. Cost-effective for high-end forming, it’s the mainstream anti-corrosion sheet for intricate cold-forming industrial applications.
